Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original shipping box, ensuring all lids are tightened and fragile items are properly cushioned.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
